**In this video I am 46 days post total hip replacement. My movement patterns are a little wonky and this is my 6th workout after almost 6 weeks of recovery. I am clearly worked. But I did it! So can you.
I used a 25lbs and 30lbs Kettlebell and 17.5lbs Dumbbells.
