Welcome to the 30 Days of Core Galore Challenge! Your core includes all the muscles between your shoulders and the bottom of your butt cheeks—and yes, we’re working all of it. We’ll fire up your core using bodyweight, dumbbells, bands, balls, and maybe even a little magic. You’ll move prone, supine, sideways, twisting, standing, upside down—and okay, maybe not levitating... but never say never.
Why is a strong core such a big deal? Because it:
- Stabilizes your spine and pelvis
- Improves posture and alignment
- Enhances balance and coordination
- Reduces risk of injury (especially low back pain)
- Boosts power in every movement—from lifting heavy to dancing hard

The first five days of this challenge are bodyweight only, so you can jump in anytime, anywhere. But after that?
